Props to the team for solving the AC problem, but this is a known issue, talking to their staff. Room cleanliness was also not up there when arrived. I expect a little bit more from Best Western series. Before I would blindly choose BW for a flawless experience. From now on, I'd have to do more research. "

We did not get any feedback on this. - Tried calling front desk earlier that day since we arrived early, no one picked up. - I booked for 2 rooms online and I was surprised that the rooms that we booked are not connecting or not even adjacent to each other. We ended up getting one room on 3rd and the other on 4th floor which is not ideal for families checking in together. - The rooms' thermostat seems to be not working well. It was extremely hot especially during night time which kept us awake all night."
