"Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und klein, aber völlig ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden und unkompliziert, was für uns ein klarer Pluspunkt war. "We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. In future, we’d look at staying closer to the parks with little children. Although we had a small kitchenette in our room, there were no shops nearby for us to...

"Amazing hotel, great staff. Loved the 2 single beds in family room- ideal for travelling with teenagers. Beds extremely comfortable. Enjoyed access for us to log into Disney plus. Lovely setting will definitely stay again."

"Check was easy. Had to pay “tourist room tax” which went on my credit card. Room was clean and kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Only stayed one night, but would stay again. "

"The hotel is exceptionally basic. To have a kettle and tea in our room we were told we would need to pay €30 extra, but this should be a basic amenity provided in all hotels. We were also only provided one thing pillow each. The air conditioning in our room was very low powered so it got very hot. At breakfast we found a lot of the mugs, cutlery and glasses were put out still dirty. "

"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it...

"Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und haben ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit zwei Badezimmer erhalten. Es war sehr sauber, Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer waren nachts etwas kühler. Klimaanlage konnte nicht eingestellt werden, da die Klimaanlage auf Central eingestellt war. Waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden"

"Pour le parking impossible de trouver une place, on a dû tourner 20 min car le parking est disponible pour tout le centre commercial, etc qui est à côté.. La propreté était vraiment négligée, des taches sur les murs, sur les rideaux, dans les toilettes et sur les 2 tables de nuits également.. Je fais généralement pas mal d’hôtels mais ici je pense que c’est vraiment le pire que nous ayons fait.. Je ne reviendrais plus, et je ne le conseille vraiment pas ! "

"The highlights of the Relais were the staff: everyone from the front desk to concierge and restaurant were outstanding in kindness and assistance (the reason for the 5 stars); the pool: just lovely but definitely for adults; the shuttle to Disney was very nice; the so so parts were the beds: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the king bed was okay; the breakfast: lots of choices but prep could have been better. The hotel could use a bit of sprucing up as furniture was well worn,...

"Lovely hotel, shuttle runs to Disney land every hour in the morning. 4 euros per person. Breakfast area is small only had to wait one day. Staff seem nice. Cleaners came everyday to make beds. "
