Not impressed
The hotel is quite reasonable, with perfect location in the Medina of Marrakech. However, the access to it is very difficult, there is no parking place and there are lots of peeople, requesting money for suvices not required by you
We arrived in Marrakech after dark and were completely unable to find this riad on our own. We ended up hiring a guide to walk us to the door for 50 dirhams. Once we found it, though, we were extremely happy with the riad. The check-in clerk/concierge at the hotel was one of the nicest people we met in Morocco and really went out of his way to ensure we had a nice stay. The rooms were also lovely and very clean. We were especially pleased with the modern bathroom and linens.
It's worth noting that this riad has a partnership with Riad Al Jazira nearby, which means you can access all of the amenities at Al Jazira--including free wi-fi, a legitimate pool, and a steam room--if you stay at Dar Zitouna.
