Riad Jona is a little gem tucked slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Jema El Fenaa but close enough to walk there and back within less than 10 mins. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a little pool, a hot tub and a roof top and three floors with its unique decor to enjoy time at this Riad. It’s well maintained and a very clean place. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were always at hand. Hassan, Abdul and Aziz are all assets to this Riad. They were so welcoming and nothing was ever too much for them. I would not hesitate to stay there again as it’s a very central place and staff are brilliant.

Très bon accueil par le personnel du Riad avec la visite du lieu et également l’explication d’une carte qui permet de se situer dans Marrakech facilement. Les chambres sont vraiment bien conditionnées et les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours. Concernant le petit déjeuner est très bon pour commencer une bonne journée et peut être pris en salle ou aussi sur la terrasse en extérieur. Il y a la possibilité de profiter de le piscine et du jacuzzi ! Je vous recommande vraiment ce Riad ou j’y ai passé 4 nuits, en plus de cela il est situé à 500m d’une place où se trouve diverses chauffeurs notamment les taxis.

Lovely Riad in the centre, staff team could not be more helpful (booking activities, local restaurants) and friendly. All requests met with a smile and polite action. A great place to stay.

We had a very great week at Riad Jona. The team there is amazing and very helpful. It’s clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is also well located between the palace and the big market. It was a great starting point to explore Medina. PS: My girlfriend said, this was the first hotel she saw that is as pretty in real life as it looked on the pictures.

All staff were very helpful and Mohammed went above and beyond. I needed ibuprofen and as it was a Sunday all pharmacies were closed he knew one that was open and took his scooter and got us some. It’s very peaceful and quiet has a small but usually empty pool easy to get a sunbed. Convenient as walkable to main square no need for taxis to shops souks etc. Would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough. My third visit and have stayed in Hivernage which it further out but Jona is perfect location.

The way to get there is a little hard but staff was willing and very helpful for us to leave Our car safe.. the rooms are amazing and all staff. Go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..the rooms Are beautiful… highly recommend

Wir haben uns in diesem Riad sehr wohl gefühlt, ausgesprochen positiv werden uns die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Einrichtung des Riads insgesamt wie auch unseres Zimmers ist sehr geschmackvoll, ganz wunderbar ist auch der kleine Pool, der eine schöne Entspannung nach einem langen Tag in Marrakesch bietet. Das Frühstück wird serviert und besteht, abgesehen von etwas Käse, aus süßen Dingen (Marmelade, Pancakes, Kuchen). Ein Dinner hatten wir dort auch, uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Das Hammam können wir auch empfehlen.

Wonderful stay
We arrived a saturday early eve and got the best welcome ever. Staff served green tea and gave us the tour arund the riad. Excellent service throughout our week, as from lovely breakfast, day-to-day information and booking day-trips. Staff outstanding!

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Riad Jona due to several things; the respectful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and the great location of this place. The young men that worked there were super helpful when I happened to have questions about the city or the nearby activities/attractions.

From the beginning the greeting was poor, they gave us a room and then changed us to another one: on the other side of the Riad ,damp and smelly, with dirty curtains, the water kept coming out as hot and cold, we had to ask twice for the wifi code, for dinner we waited 50 mins for just starters, for breakfast I asked if the juice and yoghurt had added sugars the waiter said no when in fact it was full of sugar I had to take my medecine immediately to compensate.. overall we are extremely disappointed we have never experienced this in Marrakech I guess the staff tries its best but is not trained or informed as they seem to be overworked part-time students. On top of that they advertised a bottle of wine as a welcome gift that they never gave us.

The Riad Jonas is a beautiful Riad in the centre of the Medina - very good location. The staff were amazing, they helped us out at 3am in the morning when we had a flight problem, breakfast service was excellent (fruit/yoghurt/breads and cake) and the cleanliness was great. They also gave us a map and highlights to help us get orientated. We didn't use the spa so can't comment but the outside area looks very nice. Thanks again to the staff.
