good place for a one night stay during the weekend. Room just like the pictures. No reception, so for the check in the give you instructions to open a safe box to get a phone number to call. Then a 30 minutes wait to somebody appear to give you the room key. They say they have parking, but when somebody finally show up i already have found street parking nearby.

The only thing we liked was the provision of cold water in the reception area. Otherwise it was absolutely awful! Where do I begin, room was full of damp and smelled awful! There was damp in walls and bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Everything was so tired and used. There was no cleaning at all. They gave us 2 toilet rolls and 2 small towels for 5 day stay. On day 3 air conditioning stopped working and not worked for a day and night which made the temperature and the smell of the room unbearable! It was a shocking experience and I wouldn't wish that on anyone! I am confident this room was a health risk and i felt awful putting my child through this.

Appart’hotel correct avec quelques défauts

Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun Bon rapport qualité prix mais quelques mauvaises surprises qui gâchent la note globale : Pas de climatisation dans un des deux bâtiments Bac de douche qui fuit Frigo (partie congélateur) dégelé donc toute l’eau qui coule à la première ouverture de la porte Ascenseur très long à arriver Seulement 1 serviette par personne pour l’ensemble du séjour Aucun ménage ni changement de draps ou serviette pendant l’ensemble du séjour (5 jours quand même !) obligés de réclamer le papier toilette à l’accueil Attribution de la même chambre à 2 personnes (un inconnu est entré dans la chambre lorsque nous y étions)

Peor experiencia vivida en un “Hotel”. Tengo más..

Horrible, incomoda en todo momento, triste, con destrato y padeciendo burla por parte del personal del hotel. Para empezar, apenas había llegado al inmueble, el recepcionista prosiguió descaradamente a decirme que a razón de que en nuestro edificio no funcionaba la climatización del edificio, ellos habían decidido “regalarnos” el desayuno incluido a modo de compensación, cuando desde el vamos yo ya había contratado el servicio de desayuno incluido del alojamiento del hotel.. Además, nos indicaron que debíamos de pagar el monto de un caución que en ningún momento previamente se nos había indicado. Posteriormente, cuando habíamos vuelto de haber recorrido la ciudad y procedimos a consultar si habría posibilidades de pedir un ventilador (de los cuales nos habían comentado que habría disponibles a la noche), nos empezaron a contestar en francés (cuando anteriormente habíamos estado hablando en inglés) que al final no estaban disponibles, y que deberíamos de pedirlo al otro día. Todo este calvario solamente sirvió para al otro día padecer la misma situación, con el agravio de que en esta ocasión eran conscientes de lo que nos habían dicho, emulando demencia como si esta situación no habría ocurrido el día anterior, mirándose entre ellos entre risas. Como frutilla del póstre, debo mencionar que en ningún momento se me avisó en que momento nos cobraron el alojamiento, cuando explícitamente habíamos contratado la opción de pagar en el alojamiento, riéndose al respecto también de mi

Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sprechen auch Englisch falls man Französisch nicht so gut versteht. Zugang Unterkunft 24/7 wie auch Parkhaus (kostenpflichtig) ein und Ausfahrt 24/7, auch sicher (elektrisches Garagentor). Grosse Nasszelle mit Haarföhn, grosser Spiegel und viele ablagemöglichkeiten. Handtücher vorhanden. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist zu schwach, so dass ich beim duschen doppelt so lange gebraucht habe. Leider ist der Kleiderschrank unbrauchbar, da ein grosser Wasserboiler darin verstaut ist. Sehr schade, da der Platz des Zimmers sowieso sehr knapp ist. Praktische kleine Küche inklusiv Geschirr und Geschirrspülmaschine. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Leider war der Schwamm nicht ausgetauscht worden. Es befanden sich essensrückstände darin, was sehr eklig ist. Geschirrspülmittel vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Bett und Bettwäsche sauber und sehr bequem. Hunde erlaubt (16 EUR pro Nacht). Bin eigentlich nur wegen meinem Hund (Golden Retriever) hier her gekommen, positive Erfahrung gemacht (mein Hund ist erzogen auch Stubenrein, bellt nicht und lässt Passanten alle in ruhe, ist immer an der kurzen Leine) Besen und Schaufel im Zimmer verfügbar. Öffentlicher Verkehr gleich eine Strasse weiter, welcher direkt ins Zentrum führt. Ich empfehle es weiter und möchte nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.
