great little apartment, a bit small for four of us but we made it work. AC unit was nice to have as it was very hot when we were in town. felt very safe but the front door to the building was difficult to open. a bit noisy at night but to be expected considering the location, nothing some white noise or earplugs cannot fix. overall a great place to stay.

Nice room; cold AC. Very dark hallways and stairwells, the lights would never turn on; old and uneven stairs; no elevator. Marseille over all is foul and dirty, so the entrance smells like urine and has piles of trash and sometimes a homeless person sitting on the doorstep.

Good location but room was very disappointing. I felt like I was in a dungeon. There was only a tub (no shower) and a couch to sleep on. The bathroom sink was so tiny I could only wash my finger tips. The soap dispenser was broken. Overall, I spent way too much money for my stay here. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it. Not worth the price….thank goodness I only stayed one night. It’s a dungeon.

Horrible experience! 1. The “Deluxe” apartment is WAY too small for 4 people. The windows wouldn’t open fully because the furniture was blocking them. 2. The AC didn’t work in a 90°weather. 3. The stovetop is cracked and non-functioning. 4. The owners REFUSED to respond to any of my messages sent through Expedia; the telephones they gave us were either invalid or went straight to an already full voicemail box, and text messages wouldn’t go through. Fortunately, Expedia was finally able to get through to them, and we were given a full refund a week later. In the meantime, we had to look for similar lodging & ended up moving 3 times in a 4-day weekend because many places, in mid July, did not have 4 consecutive nights available.

Logement à éviter. Un e-mail devait nous être envoyé 48 h avant l’arrivée : jamais reçu. Résultat, impossibilité d’accéder au logement à notre arrivée à 16 h. Malgré de très nombreux appels au numéro d’assistance, la seule réponse obtenue a été : « Je ne travaille pas aujourd’hui ». Ensuite, plus aucune prise en charge : appels raccrochés, absence totale de suivi. Ce n’est qu’à 20 h, après 26 appels, que la situation a enfin été débloquée. Nous avons donc attendu 4 heures dehors, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. À l’arrivée, les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes et une seule serviette était prévue pour deux personnes. La conciergerie a été contactée, sans aucune réponse. Manque de professionnalisme, organisation défaillante, aucune assistance : je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement.

Cette réservation a été des plus compliquées et stressante. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, pas d'accueil (ok c'est indiqué) , impossible de joindre quelqu'un. j'ai bien cru que j'allais me retrouver le bec dans l'eau sans logement. Après une soirée à échanger avec Hotel .com pour obtenir les informations quant à mon arrivée dans le logement ( codes etc ) j'ai finalement reçu une heure avant d'arriver et seulement dans le train tout ce qu'il fallait . C'était une expérience très stressante. c'est également assez compliqué d'aller chercher les clés dans un autre hôtel pas vraiment à côté. le Hall de l'immeuble est peu engageant avec une odeur très désagréable, le tout fait sale . Une fois dans l'appartement c'est un peu mieux mais cela ne vaut pas le prix. Sans aucune information de l'établissment et devant mes craintes j'avais fini par consulter les avis sur cet endroit et je comprends maintenant pourquoi ils étaient si catastrophiques ! je pense avoir pu séjourner finalement là bas uniquement parceque j'ai remué ciel et terre auprès de hotel .com ( que je remercie de leur soutien efficace ) bref , très mauvaise expérience, je vous conseille de vous orienter vers un autre logement.

Mitigé

Ce logement se situe en pleine rue commerçante, il est très bien et comporte un bel équipement y mais difficilement accessible. Il a également fallu se déplacer à pied à 400 m du lieu pour récupérer les clés, les bagages étaient assez difficiles à transporter pr ttes ces raisons. Je conseille au personnel d’entretient de laver les plaintes et les coins correctement. Le canapé en tissu n’était pas très propre et nos draps ne sentaient pas très bon. Sinon l’appartement était spacieux et bien équipé et nous avons apprécié le bain à bulle et le sauna.
