Nice little escape

Check in was fast. We had a few issues with the key card, this was fixed by giving us a proper key, problem solved. The room was small but perfectly formed, and clean. Aircon worked well. The pool area was nice, a lovely escape from the heat of the day. We arrived by motorbike. They had plenty of parking, and the gate locks at night (they give you a code so you can get in and out. There's a supermarket with 24hr laundry facilities in less than a 5 minute walk. Be warned, the supermarket closes earlier than the opening hours state. I would go back again

This hotel was excellent, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were polite and friendly. Exactly what I was looking for as a base for a few days. My stay was in May, so not the height of the summer, however, still warm. The AC in the room didn’t cool it down and was not effective at keeping the room comfortable. This was not a problem as the window opened and the evenings were much cooler. My main concern is the new bar / club that has opened right across the road. The music was not too loud but the noise of the drunken patrons was. This woke us up with young ladies shouting and singing and even a male driver being assaulted and punched through his open window by another group of men. The worst night was my last night, when I was faced with an early start for the drive back to the U.K. it was such a shame. This is not the fault of the hotel, but i feel it will impact on their reviews.

Most Average Hotel Ever

Average WiFi, kind of slow. Sheets and Pillows had hair on them from old guests I’m assuming. “King Bed” was actually 2 twin mattresses pushed together. You can hear everything going on the hallway. There is a few grocery stores nearby, but no actual restaurants or anything like that.

Although there were some lovely posters of modern film stars, the hotel is a very utilitarian building with no character. We asked for a quiet room, and were moved from a room adjacent to the lift to a room midway down a corridor, much better, as no one else seemed to be on the third floor. Unfortunately, the air conditioning sounded like the Ferrari wind tunnel, and only blew out hot air. the room was stiflingly hot and there was no way to cool it down. It was eleven o clock before we discovered this and awe were too tired to pack all of our stuff back up and ask for another room. The bathroom was small, but adequate. the breakfast was mediocre.

Good price but nothing special

Good check in experience and friendly receptionist who seemed to be on the front desk every time we went past! Room was well appointed, although a little compact. The bed was comfortable and the whole hotel was well maintained and clean, although the pool area appeared quite neglected. Also some of the photos in the listing are not representative of the hotel or local area. Very limited dining options in walking distance of the hotel, but they have a notice board with details of the nearby restaurants. We made the mistake of walking the 1.5km to a steak restaurant close by, as the two buffet restaurants next to the hotel didn’t look appealing. However we had to walk along a main road without a pavement, so I would recommend taking the car or bus. We also recommend the cocktail bar opposite the hotel which was a lovely venue. The second night we took the bus into Martigues which was convenient with the stop right outside the hotel and only cost EURO 1 each way. We had to take a taxi back as the last bus back was around 8pm. Martigues town is beautiful, as are the beaches further to the south. Overall would recommend the hotel for price and convenience.

Chambre 206, pleine de moisissures au plafond autour de la bouche de sortie Clim, dégoûtant et pas sain. Piscine inutilisable, pas entretenue, feuille et autres déchets organiques dans l’eau, herbes entre les dalles, pas de transats pour poser ses affaires, haie autour de la piscine entièrement à refaire, toutes les voitures et piétons de la zone commerciale peuvent vous voir en passant! Zone commerciale, vraiment aucun charme ni intérêt.

Una struttura moderna, economica ma gestita con estrema approssimazione. Finchè ci si limita a camera, parcheggio esterno e piscina questo posto è perfetto, quando invece ci si deve affidare al management della struttura tutto il bello si trasforma in un disastro. Il pomeriggio alle ore 15, dopo aver passato mezza giornata in piscina (se la si guarda nei dettagli necessita di una piccola manutenzione), torniamo in camera e, con stupore, essa era come l'avevamo lasciata senza alcuna pulizia. Ho chiesto al personale che stava lavando le altre camere (attività in teoria schedulata alle 13) di pulirla ma prima dicono di passare dopo 10 minuti, poi alle 15,10 non era ancora pronta e si scusano dicendo che appena andiamo via alle 16 provvedono. Passando dalla recepition prima di uscire scopriamo invece che le donne delle pulizie sono già andate via, si scusano del disguido e dicono di provvedere direttamente il personale ora in turno. Rientrato alle 22,30 riscontro purtroppo che anche questa promessa è falsa (si erano limitati a cambiare gli asciugamani) e il receptionista notturno mi promette la colazione gratuita. Il giorno dopo andiamo con buone aspettative a mangiare e scopriamo che alle 8,30 era completamente vuota, con macchina del caffè fuoriuso e succhi annaccuati d'acqua. Con un management serio questo hotel d'estate varrebbe almeno 150 euro a camera, invece la loro approssimazione porta a venderlo a molto meno. E pensare che alle 11 volevo tornare anche nel 2026...

Accueil exceptionnel et aide précieuse Aurélie, à la réception, a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse remarquables. Lorsqu’en rentrant du restaurant avec mon frère nous nous sommes complètement perdus, elle a réagi immédiatement et nous a envoyé un taxi juste avant que mon téléphone ne s’éteigne. Un grand merci également à son collègue présent avec elle l’après-midi pour son aide. Un hôtel à recommander sans hésitation, et au plaisir de revenir !

La chambre est très propre et très bien nettoyé tous les jours. Le lit est très confortable ainsi que les oreillers. Le parking est parfait également et sans supplément. Le seul point faible est le petit déjeuner car les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons, le buffet n’est pas rechargé régulièrement… Pas de salade de fruits etc ..
