This a simple hotel right in the city centre for a good price. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room had everything I needed and nice powerful shower. Free buffet breakfast with plenty of vegan options. They had a water cooler for filling your own bottle.

Shower had slight mold signs and there was dust in theroom. Breakfast was good, but floor was very sticky. Room can be noisy due to emergency vehicles outside, but did not prevent my sleep. Stairs are unequally spaced and angled which may represent a tripping risk for people. Staff was great!

Staff were all very nice, but the hotel felt a like it needed a good deep clean, carpet on the stairs was dirty, skirting boards chipped and bashed. Our room, on the 6th floor smelled damp and a little of sewage. Provably would have been ok if it could have been aired, but window were shut and could not be opened. In all honesty, we would not stay here again, which is a pity as its position was great.

Very good location, in the center of Marseille. 2 minutes walk to Noailles metro station. Old building but well renovated rooms. Good breakfast, with fresh orange juice!

The hotel has a good cost, service, location, it is clean, a very good breakfast, super friendly staff, the Styles line is already a guarantee for me. The only problem that its excellent location means that you cannot enter a taxi or uber to the downtown area and you will have to walk at least two streets to get a taxi. I wish they had a safe box in the room.I would stay there again.

It was an Ibis.

First, Midgie at check in was very kind and efficient. The hotel as the picture shows, is in an old building, with spiral staircase going up and original cage metal elevator in the center of the staircase. Very picturesque but a little tough to navigate, although not a problem, just should be known. The room was VERY clean, painted a dark color which made the room feel small and dark. The free breakfast (rare these days) was very good with yogurt, cheeses, tons of breads, cereal, fruit, egg. The stairway rug was really dirty which turned me off, although the room and every place else was clean.

Horrivel. Taxi nao pode parar na porta. O acesso ao quarto foi por escada com dias malas de 23 kg. O quarto e pequeno com moveis mal distribuidos sem espaco para abrir as malas. Faltava shampoo. A Recepcao fica no primeiro andar com acesso por escada ou pequeno elevador onde so couberam as malas e uma pessoa.

Nous avons été déçus par rapport à nos différentes expériences chez Ibis. Le petit déjeuner n'était plus du tout aussi impeccable ! Pas de lard cuit, pas de petits yaourts, pas de petits pains ... Chambre spacieuse, assez impersonnelle, et manque de tablettes dans la salle de bains. Mais personnel très gentil !

Péssimo

O hotel é inacreditavelmente decepcionante. Paguei R$ 1160,00 reais por um hotel que sequer tinha janela que fechasse. Era um vidro com a parte de madeira quebrada e lascada. A rede íbis precisa reformar ou vender esse hotel, porque acabou a credibilidade de poder ficar em um íbis em qualquer local do mundo com certeza que terei um padrão mínimo de qualidade, conforto e limpeza. A parte em comum é péssima. O hotel não tem bom cheiro e o elevador (velho e minúsculo) não funciona. Você tem que subir de escada!!!!
