"Room was clean, there were some minor maintenance issues, ceilings, and walls. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was quiet area, but close to lots of food and shopping. Did not like the breakfast coffee maker. Multiple coffee choices, and the latte was good, but I HATED standing in the crowded lobby/breakfast area waiting for the machine to perk! I’m IMPATIENT before I get coffee! And the machine in the room only brews one tiny weak cup at a time."

"Room was clean and it was quite. The room did smell really strong of moth balls. I did let front desk know. They were very helpful to make me comfortable. Breakfast was good. Over all southern pines is peaceful and nice hidden treasure. Thank you ladies at front desk!"

"Clean room check in was okay at night window due to lobby close for remodel ground level great but as seniors and light sleepers other guests were loud and shouting outside the door room until almost midnight. Bed was comfortable but sheet kept coming off, couldn’t figure out how to cut on iron in the room had plenty of towels, guess lack of sleep was our biggest concern"

"This hotel is brand new, and you can tell! Everything smells so clean and fresh, which is a huge plus for me. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Pinehurst and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping in Southern Pines and Aberdeen. The bed was very comfortable, and I was especially happy to see a protective mattress cover. That's something I always look for these days because of concerns about bed bugs. I'm honestly surprised more hotels don't use them. It seems like such a simple, inexpensive investment that gives guests extra peace of mind! The hotel also has a bar and coffee shop, which are nice conveniences. The indoor pool was surprisingly large and spotless, and the gym was spacious with brand-new equipment. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! Everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the Pinehurst area."

"everything was very good. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly I understand it's October but still warm and sunny so pool area needed a once over. lots of pine needles, spiders and ants. I think ending Breakfast at 9AM is a bit early.. 10AM seems to be the standard. Just suggestions... everything else is great"
