"Paolo was attentive, kind, and patient when my journey was substantially delayed. I was able to contact the property easily and he made a bad day better. The property is on a beautiful square and walking distance to pretty much everything I needed. The room was comfortable, original, spatious and clean. The property was also secure and quiet. As a solo traveller I felt safe and cared for staying here and would recommend to solo travellers and couples. If I'm back in Padova, I would definitely...

"The outside may not seem like much, but inside the hotel is stunning!
Super clean, rooms were spacious and up to date. Would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Loved loved this property! Walkable to everything in Venice and water taxi if wanted to go further. Terrific breakfast included and bar if you wanted to chill after a day of sightseeing.
We took advantage or the direct water taxi to the hotel. Was a great introduction to Venice. Mirko set this up. Mirko also gave us a coupon for a tour at the glass factory and we saw a demonstration of the Murano glass blowing. He is fabulous! Friendly and very helpful. He did get a bit frustrated with me as I wanted to use my phone directions to get to the water taxi. He encourage me to put down the phone and listen to him. Thanks for trying Mirko but I was nervous about navigating the streets to get to our tour in time.
Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beds very comfortable !!

"The check-in was wonderful and smooth, and a gentleman helped us up to our room and set the heater for us and explained everything. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom and plenty of space for two people with a view of the canal.. We enjoyed the bar area and sitting area after having a nice dinner in the city center.. lots of nice areas to sit and relax. The hotel was very well located near San Marcos Square with minimal walking and right next to all the wonderful shopping… the breakfast room area was very large and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was very helpful and very polite, and even one of the younger gentlemen offered to walk up the street to show us where a restaurant he had suggested was.. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Muy buena atencion, muy amables, muy profesionales .Desde el front desk hasta el resto de los empleados del hotel
Desayuno excelente.Localidad excelente Lo recomiendo 100% "
