"Okay"

"Overall good stay and will be better after the construction work is completed."

"We spent a wonderful 5 days here in November. Great location among the trees. Woken to birdsong. Staff really helpful and friendly. Star man is the chef Thomas (Thomas Cook as he told us), who served us some brilliant meals. Tip: it’s worth getting a single cottage for the peace and the view "

"Very good 👍 "

"The worst hotel i'd ever stayed. There was no WIFI even tv was not working and the hot water was brought us by a person running[i guess they took running water too seriously]."

"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "

"Everything was good"

"This is the Only fantastic property within 100m of the waterfalls... Very calm and beautiful waterfalls view.. Inhouse swimming pool also clean and neat... Self parking is good... "

They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...

"Room was ok. Please consider adding a protective net or shielding for balcony due to Dove waste falling in ac fan. It can be a health hazard. Food was great."

"Inefficient folks at reception-/ checking of individual ids, additions charge for extra adult not added at time of reception, inspection of room before checking out"

"Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details ."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the property itself is quite old and needs better maintenance. The bathroom doors could not be locked, which was inconvenient. Another major issue was the hot water. We had to waste nearly 15 buckets of water before getting heated water, which is unacceptable. They also mentioned that complimentary breakfast was included, but the food was brought from outside and the portion was very limited—just 2 idlis and 1 dosa. Overall, the staff were...
