"We arrived at 530am after driving 17 hours. My parents are 84 years old and were exhausted. They had us sit in the lobby for over 4 hours to get in a room. Are you freaking kidding me. "The property is close to gas and food and highway. If I paid for dog fee in cash it was $15 but if I charged it then it was $ 25. Of course he pocketed the cash.
Room assigned smelled as if they had sprayed a strong deodorizer to mask a smell.
There were several dogs on first floor near each other’s rooms so the barking was tough. Why not put them on different floors?
At 6:40 am fire alarm went off due to guests smoking in room instead of going outside so there we were in pajamas outside...

"The room was half clean and the bathroom door was broken. I complained to staff each day and was promised that maintenance would complete the repairs but nothing happened. Absolute worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Continental breakfast was also terrible."

"Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. "Positive - The place is pretty quiet, there was almost no traffic noise from the highway. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty of parking.
Negative - The room smelled, blinds were dirty. There were no kitchen utensils or dishes (sets can be bought at the front desk), no kitchen towels, no coffeemaker. No room service either. There is cockroach infestation in the hotel. Free wi-fi only for one device per room. Dogs barked at random hours."
