"Misrepresentation of amenities. There is no bar/grill on site. The pool and fitness center are under construction and there was no indication of this when booking. The entire lobby is a construction site, the hotel should be closed until construction is completed. Very disappointed."

But the worst part was finding bedbugs in our bed. So just as we were hoping to go to sleep, we instead had to pack everything up and find another hotel. The management offered to spray the bed and give us clean sheets, or another room, both of which we declined. We asked for and received our money back."
