"I had an unplanned stay in Wheeling due to my son's car breaking down. I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Boy was this a great choice! The check in staff was so friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable. The bed was clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious the next morning. The pool and Jacuzzi was crystal clear. I chose it because the price was very reasonable, but I will always stay here now when I come to visit my son."
"The place was nice and clean, brightly lit and colorful. Our room was comfortable and clean. My only slight complaint was that there was water leaking through the ceiling when we came down for breakfast in the morning, but some things are unavoidable. My son left his backpack in the room and the manager was super sweet and offered to have it shipped back to me through their shipping partner. After conversing with the shipping partner and finding out the astronomical amount of money they wanted to ship it, the manager was kind enough to keep it there until we passed back through six days later to pick it up. By then the leak had been fixed and the ceiling tiles replaced."
"My overall day was good. The room I stayed in the tub function wasn’t working and the microwave was goofy to use. Breakfast was OK, a standard buffet breakfast. I do wish they had waffles instead of pancakes though. The staff was very helpful and the place isn’t too far from the mall and I-70. Once you get past St. Clairsville, the whole area has a Silent Hill vibe so make sure you have your GPS AND/or good phone coverage so you won’t get lost at night time which is very easy to do since for the most part there are no lights (lot of rolling hills) at night except for your vehicle. Was visiting Family with Family so I need a place to stay to fit mine. Would come back again."
