"The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty."

"Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...

"The pool was a little cold but it’s in a beautiful, huge atrium that was open until 9pm. Both desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and cute. Furniture in good repair. Bathtub with a plug. Coffee in the lobby isn’t worth drinking but there’s a microwave so I heated cold brew. Little fridge. The stairs were a little strange.
