"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything."

"We came in town for the George Strait concert and chose to stay at the Omni Severin. The staff was incredible, especially Freddie, he was awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us to our room and detailing things to do in the city. St. Elmo Steakhouse is a must. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice overview of the city.
