"Check-in at the counter was fast and efficient, which made for a smooth arrival. However, the first room we were given had several issues: the air conditioning was not working, the washroom was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. After raising these concerns, the staff promptly changed our room. The second room was much better; the air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a more pleasant stay.
