"Great place to stay near the airport"

"This was a great stay. The staff was amazing. The property is beautiful. Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . For the times I did go into the city, the Uber drivers were great, and I felt safe the entire time. I must note…this hotel...

"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. "We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. "Property is clean and in a great location. Beds are comfortable Overall enjoyed. Only down sides were air conditioner was broken one night (during heat wave) and we were on the 9th floor and could hear the music from the roof top bar when trying to sleep. The music is like a club so if you're a light sleeper you'll need ear plugs."

"The good: Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station. The bad: I stayed in the month of July and the room was very hot due to air conditioning malfunction. I complained from the first day and they sent a technician the next day, but it didn't help much. I complained several times on different days, but it wasn't until the last day of my stay that they offered to change my room."
