"The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process.
