"Let me 1st say I really love this hotel and the staff! My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! Even the next day when my 90 year dad went down for breakfast he couldn't brave the stairs...

"Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. "I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay."

"It was ok. I liked the aesthetic of the lobby. Couldn’t use the pool it was closed for renovations. The room was alright. Kinda small. I wouldn’t put more than 2 in there. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small. It had a rain shower. I hate rain showers. The shower had no racks so I had to sit my stuff on the floor in the shower.
