"Breakfast options were great! They had turkey sausage and that’s a plus for none pork eaters."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating...from the manger who changed our room to give us a tub instead of a shower...numerous staff who spoke to us...the ladies who set up the breakfast...everyone! The breakfast was the best I've ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed in. We were extremely pleased and would definitely would stay there again if our travels take us to Vienna."

"Breakfast menu was very good, different things every morning. Very fresh, good quality items. The decor is a bit dated, but it seemed clean. They did have trouble in the lobby with the roof leaking during a rainstorm, there were buckets and trash cans out to catch the water."

"Room had dead bugs, no maintenance staff available, and when asked for extra blanket and pillow set I had to go down to get from the front desk while trying to settle in with the family and kids."

"Breakfast was ok but do not get there close to ending time or there is absolutely nothing left. Parking is not free. They charge $10 for you to park on the street in front of the hotel with the excuse it is hotel property grounds."

"Everything in the property was old. A old Westigton House TV Old wall paper... Old carpet.. old lamps... There was a guy in the hallway a homeless man at 1am on Saturday when I came off the elevator of the 6th floor. The Manager first offered me a refund then she said she was not going to give me back my money. I will not be staying there again."

"The hotel appeared clean and up to date. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Only one elevator was working at the time of my stay. 24 hour shuttle to airport and close venues. (Must schedule ahead during certain hours.) Small restaurant on site. Good, low cost breakfast with hot and cold items onnthe buffet. I would stay here again, if in the area."
