"Room was good breakfast good area good only set back never had maid service for 3days"

"The property had a weird smell. Every night I got a very strong smell of cigarette from the washroom which makes me think that their venting system has some problem. The staff weren’t courteous at all. They initially assigned me a wrong room and when I went into the room, there was a person inside already. When I told them about it, they didn't say anything and gave me another room, as if it was a normal incident."

"For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. "Worst place I’ve stayed in. The couch was ripped. The bathroom door was destroyed. Looked like someone had punched it. And there were no available utensils nor pans to cook in. Their breakfast was awful. This place needs a lot of house keeping to take care of and a remodel would come in handy "

"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked.
