"Our stay was just average. Basic amenities. We specifically chose this hotel because of location to what our weekend plans were, but also because it had an indoor pool. However, we were very disappointed that it was so cold! Any hotel we have ever been to at least heats the indoor pool. The shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, everything was just ok. Probably would not stay at a Sonesta property again. But it was adequate for just one night."

"This place is a run down save the hassle dont book here nothing is compare to the Pictures i book a room nonsmoking and they gave me a rundown smoking room , so i told the employee i cant stay here it smell thru my pores she told me i had to pay extra $ 50 dollars to stay in another room got their at midnight after driving for 5 hours had no other choice to stay the night , in the morning about 8am i told them im checking out and they told me you book for 2 nights and thru 3 party they couldnt...

"I checked in I checked in sometime after 11:30pm with my family. The check in process was quite smooth. Upon entering the room, the sofa sleeper was not made, so I had to set it up myself. I called a day or two prior to let them know that we would be 4 people and they said the room that we reserved would be a perfect fit, but I just assumed that since we were arriving later in the evening, the sofa sleeper would be made for us.
