"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. "Worst place I’ve stayed in. The couch was ripped. The bathroom door was destroyed. Looked like someone had punched it. And there were no available utensils nor pans to cook in. Their breakfast was awful. This place needs a lot of house keeping to take care of and a remodel would come in handy "
