"I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. "I enjoyed my stay at Laquinta. The property was clean and quiet. It is close to the airport and offers airport shuttle service. The staff members were quite polite and helpful. Breakfast starts a bit early, but it is sufficient to meet breakfast needs. Most of all, I liked how quiet it was. It is a good place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this hotel to persons who want somewhere clean and quiet to stay."

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm and would absolutely come back. We came from Southern California and stayed here in between DC and Manhattan while in town for my son’s lacrosse tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. "Disappointed the gueat has to pay a parking fee when there is ample parking and the hotel is not in a city. They should just allow hotel guests to use a hang card vs pay 6 dollars a day. The AC in the room was great, but the hallways and other common area was very warm."
