"I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

"The hotel was nice but they overbooked for the nights I was there so I was put in a different room type than I booked. There was no advanced notice and the front desk person was pretty terse about the whole thing. I realize it wasn’t his fault but the general tone was not expected. I heard other travelers having a worse time where they were traveling with a family and got a king size bed vs two queens as booked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on this experience."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. "Disappointed the gueat has to pay a parking fee when there is ample parking and the hotel is not in a city. They should just allow hotel guests to use a hang card vs pay 6 dollars a day. The AC in the room was great, but the hallways and other common area was very warm."

"The hotel is pretty old. One day during the breakfast my son requested the milk but the receptionist told him it was finished despite breakfast time was not. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. We got very disappointed because our hotel choice was based on the inclusion of the pool."

"I enjoyed my stay at Laquinta. The property was clean and quiet. It is close to the airport and offers airport shuttle service. The staff members were quite polite and helpful. Breakfast starts a bit early, but it is sufficient to meet breakfast needs. Most of all, I liked how quiet it was. It is a good place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this hotel to persons who want somewhere clean and quiet to stay."

"Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue."

"The property is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. However, the property does not provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Also, breakfast items such as yogurt cups are not restocked once they run out. If you arrive later in the breakfast hours, some items may no longer be available. Improving the restocking of breakfast items and providing drinking water would make the overall guest experience much better. Overall Not...
