"Most AC units allow you to just run the fan all the time. This unit stopped the fan when the compresser stops. We were given a handi cap room . Front desk employee asked if ok. Not really knowing what that would be we agreed. He saw that i was tall, 6' 4" and a senior, he should have mentioned the bed was extremely close to the floor. "

"Comfortable room but not well sound insulated. I could hear guests in adjoining rooms. Also, the HVAC unit was extremely noisy, waking me frequently. Lastly, the shower was in name only. Water barely trickled out, regardless of massage setting. The breakfast was good."

"It was a chilly night and the heat setting only blew cool air. No warm air. Fortunately the bedding was thick enough to stay warm enough. The room, while clean, was very “worn” (cracked toilet lid, burnt microwave door, etc.)."

"Room was dirty. Trash left from previous guests. Door had no second door security. Was hard to tell if the door was closed and locked. Stay at another suite and it did not look like this. "
