"First of all, I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer front desk by phone. My sisters and I called several times and each time no one picked up the phone. The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. I arrived way too early but the front desk took my suitcase off my hands and also tagged it which doesn't always happen at hotels but I'm grateful when it does. At first impressions my room was disappointing. The nightstands showed a LOT of wear and tear and the wallpaper also looked VERY overdue for changing.
