"I had a wonderful nights stay in a king size bed in an extremely quiet farm away from normal life. There was a good view of the splendid fireworks from the Summer ball down in Tavistock that night, then waking up to a lovely cooked breakfast.
The couple were very helpful throughout and I will book again.
Don't expect modern day living just homely comfort and a great view of the countryside on a working farm."

"Stayed for 4 nights recently. Fiona & her team offered a very warm & friendly reception in a beautiful part of Cornwall we’d never visited before.
Our
dog friendly accommodation was amazing, private entrance, 4 poster for the adults & an adjoining upstairs, beautifully oak beamed attic room for our 8 yr old daughter, large with 3 single beds - great for a family of 5 plus the Dorma windows made for easy star gazing.
Breakfast was lovely, fresh & local full English with good continental...

"The hotel and all the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious especially the breakfast. The walks and location was perfect. Our Labrador was well looked after. The hotel is very
dog friendly. The only minor issue was that the room and lounge was cold until the log fire was lit in the lounge and the heating was switched on at 6.00 pm. We will look forward to returning."
