"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). "Stay here all the time. Never had any issues until this last stay. Did have ant hot water . I had tickets for concert and missed out because it was too late when maintenance came. Felt like I should've been credited something"

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"Curtain had food all over it like there had been a food fight in the room previous to us. No shower curtain, had to ask for one. No towels, had to ask for some. Old, outdated rooms."

"Lobby/bar/ eating area very nice, as were staff. We just had a big problem with the AC fan—super noisy/wouldn’t turn off—which they tried to resolve but couldn’t. Brought us a fan and cut the electricity. Everyone wanted to help, but it ruined our sleep."
