"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"We stayed for 2 nights and the tv did not work the entire stay. I spoke to a desk agent on the phone multiple times and went in person two times regarding this issue. No one came to the room to fix the tv after being told multiple times they’d send someone up. The hotel is dated and needs renovations. Not worth the room rate."

"Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise...

"Overall below average stay. The only reason I wouldn’t go lower is because the bed was comfortable. Large sections of the laminated flooring in the room was coming up. Coffee pot was dirty and only had one caffeinated serving. Shower was COLD! Common areas looked like an amateur did the painting, decorating, etc. Also, my wife and I tried having a few drinks outside overlooking the River - nope, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming. Would not recommend."
