SpringHill Suites by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
10/10 Excellent
"We finally found an apartment.
We had been looking for an apartment for 4 months, and had spent more nights here at Springhill Suites than anywhere else. Living in hotels may sound like a great vacation or getaway, and it certainly has its perks, but not having somewhere to call home? You find yourself stuck somewhere between panic and complete resignation.
The staff could tell we weren't on vacation.
Jill was kind, always positive, and always made us feel at home. Duron patiently listened while I chatted at him at all hours of the night because I couldn't sleep. His words of wisdom helped me stay sane. Mary straightened out booking issues so we would have a place to stay, and all the rest of the staff, including the housekeeping crew, treated us like guests, not the homeless we felt like we were. Issac, only a good boss makes employees this good. Well done.
As for the hotel, the rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Housekeeping is top notch. The shuttle was clean and punctual. The location is excellent, close to everything. Everything worked like it should. Even the laundry was great. But the staff was the best, hands down. After 4 months, I'm a little sick of hotels, but I'd be happy to stay here again."
"This hotel is actually convenient to downtown Manchester. Strongly consider this if you plan to spend time there. They do have an airport shuttle. The breakfast was fine."
Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center
2/10 Terrible
"Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Screen on the window was cut and bugs were found in the room (2 spiders, 1 wasp). We were told housekeeping was unavailable for a toilet issue at 9:00 pm and left to our own with no toilet for the evening."
