"The property was clean, our room was the right size. The manager was very nice. We stayed on the Fourth of July, so the town was crowded. We had easy access plenty of room for boats. Best place to stay in Port Connor. Especially if you’re there to fish."

"The room was not very clean. The sink was dirty and had some weird brown stain. The room had a moldy smell. The base boards were filthy and the bathroom door would not close and did not have a lock. The beds were clean and ok to sleep on. I would not pay $196 a night again here. Poorly maintained property."
