"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"This was a great hotel in the perfect location. It is right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Everything is safe and walkable. They room was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. We particularly liked the rooftop bar."

"The room we were first assigned had a really bad smell. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and quickly moved us to a new, much better room. However, the housekeeping was disappointing. They never cleaned our room during the stay. When we needed fresh towels, they told us we had to come downstairs to the front desk to collect them ourselves. It was an okay stay overall, but room service could be improved."
