"Great location. Clean and spacious and washroom is bigger than what we usually get in Barcelona. Staff were attentive and extremely wonderful. Had a few minor issues and it was dealt with quickly. Wish they have free drinking water to fill up our water bottles and a common microwave we can use like some hotels offer. Otherwise, it was just perfect and we will definitely stay again."

"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit the ramblas area of Barcelona. It's clean, friendly, and very convenient to everything. My family and I walked absolutely everywhere from the hotel and when we couldn't walk the Hop on Hop off bus was very close. The buffet was excellent."

"Well I stayed in the grand suite which had a huge outdoor balcony. The issue was the lights for the balcony were off. I asked the front desk on the first night if they could turn the lights on. They said they would call someone. No one came and lights stayed off. The second night I had the gentleman that was working the front desk come look at the problem he left and said he had to make a call to fix the problem. I waited all night no one came to fix or turn on the lights. I rented the room to...
