"Wonderful stay, excellent facilities and very helpful staff"

"Hotel is well located for the airport and the staff friendly and very helpful 😊👍"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Great breakfast, clean room. Really comfortable bed"

"The hotel staff were very polite, helpful, and easy to understand, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well maintained, making it a pleasant and relaxing place to stay."

"Great stay with very clean rooms!!"

"Very nice place to stay and Evening meal and breakfast very good. I stayed in the rooms outside the building which there are around 5-6 rooms. Definitely would stay again although I do hope the hot water and heating will work on my next visit."

"Great stopover hotel for Stansted Airport"

"Perfect stay friendly staff and easy commute to London."

"The restaurant was amazing the food was excellent, the rice for the room I had was over priced and didn't realise that it was at the end of the Stanstead runway very noisy it is a good airport hotel but not a weekend away It s in a beautiful setting"

"Great staff, nice food menu. Room comfy and large for a group of 4. They even do airport transfers but we didn’t need to use this. Would definitely stay again"

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 "

"The bar and food were really good for an airport hotel and the staff were so friendly the breakfast was plentiful too very good stay indeed"

"Ample parking, good breakfast, ok but limited evening meals."
