"Beautiful stay, with 10/10 service. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect, with views of the duomo, church and valley below. The hotel itself is designed in a contemporary finish but stills pays homage to its incredible history. Lastly the true highlight was the staff, from reception to the bar to the cleaners, everyone was so welcoming, kind and friendly! We would 100% stay again!! Beyond 5* service!"

"Location was so unique overlooking the Sassi . Nighttime was magical. We arrived early and Davide welcomed us; nothing was too much trouble! He arranged for us to have a coffee and custard brioche as we had missed breakfast that morning due to an early start.
