It was good the bed is big and has everything you need plus free soft dinks, i only stayed 1 night but it was good, the check in processes is easy and they have things in English

諏訪地方に行く時、毎回利用しているホテルです。駅から少し離れているが、諏訪湖岸の道路沿いなので、諏訪湖の散歩には便利です。カラオケ設備のある部屋で、楽しく過ごすことができました。今回は、温泉の温度が低く、個室温泉を謳っている宿として、まともに入れなかった事が非常に残念でした。朝食のパンはベーコンエッグを選びましたが、大変美味しかった。宿泊税は、まだ施行されておらず支払い不要でした。

Je comptais mettre 5 étoiles car la chambre est très bien mais j’en enlève une car malheureusement la baignoire était sale, il y avait des poils et des traces sur tout le rebord et c’est quand même la moindre des choses de nettoyer correctement ce genre de choses.

この金額と部屋の広さで、満足してます。清潔だし、スタッフもとても親切でした

お部屋はお風呂を綺麗にリフォームしてあって24時間入れる事もあって良かったです。チェックイン後に自由に出入り出来るのも良かったです。建物自体が古いので廊下や階段の古さ、エレベーターが無い事と階段が急勾配なのは気になりました。それと窓が無いので景色は見れないし、やはり閉塞感があるのは否めないです。

1人で泊まるなら十分なホテルです。スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。

システムが判り辛く、電話で確認していただきました。チェックイン、チェックアウトの時、作動が、うまくいかず、電話して係の方に対応してもらいました。部屋が広く、テレビが快適でした。

自宅から車で3時間半くらいかかる伊那市に向かう途中で宿泊するのに利用しました！深夜1:00くらいにチェックインしましたが、無人の為スムーズにチェックイン出来たし入りやすいのが良かったです！外観は、少しラブホ感ありますが部屋の中は窓から自然光が入り、アメニティもビジネスホテルのような感じでとても良かったです◎ 目の前に湖あるし、アクセスもしやすいので旅行途中に手軽に泊まるれて、丁度いいホテルだと思います👍

ビジネスホテルより広いそして温泉風呂なのにリーズナブル(* 'ᵕ' )☆最強です確かに元ラブホだから入口や階段狭いが階段や廊下で寝る訳じゃない自分は絶対ラ・フォンテーヌおすすめです文句ある方は見た目が綺麗なビジネスホテルでユニットバスのホテルで泊まりましょう(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧わたしはラ・フォンテーヌは100点ですほぼ無人なので気が楽ですよ

受付までが一瞬ビックリですが、ビジネスホテルより広くて綺麗です。食事の注文もルームサービスでき価格もリーズナブルです(私は注文してませんが)。外食の為に外出もできます。しかしスーツケースなどかさのある荷物は持ち込むのに受付までも部屋までも細い階段ですから大変です。

湖畔の宿

エレベーターがなかったことに少し驚きましたが、それ以外は、温泉等全て快適です。利用はしませんでしたが、朝食無料サービスが良いと思います。従業員の方々もとても親切です。ありがとうございました。

天然温泉が良かったです。ただシャワーの温度調節がシビアだったのと出る量が少し弱い感じでした。フロントの方の対応も良く価格もリーズナブルで満足でした。

諏訪湖すぐそばのいわゆるラブホでしたが、ビジネスホテルに比べ値段も安くお風呂とトイレが別でベッドも広々して大変快適でした。 wifiの電波がちょっと弱かったぐらいで、お風呂も温泉だし満室だったようですが、気にすることなく静かにゆっくり休むことができました。朝食も暖かいホットドッグとスープ美味しかったです。また是非利用したいと思いました。
