建物はかなり古いが部屋は広く快適ではあった。夕食は外に食べに行ったので分からないが、朝ごはんは最上階で眺めの良いところでのビュッフェを楽しむことができた。庭と蓼科湖の散策は便利で楽しかった。納得できなかったのは、夏のプールをが楽しみにしていたのに、チェックインの時間とプール使用可能時間と、チェックアウト時間とプール使用時間及びお風呂使用可能時間が合わず、結局プールは断念しました。水着持って行ったのにがっかりです。

お風呂やトイレの隅々までの掃除が行き渡ってない。アメニティ少なさすぎ。水風呂は、サウナ用だけでいい。小さい子供が多くて、防音は良くないから騒がしい。朝食バイキングは、非常に美味しかった。

温泉に行くために、フロントに電話して、タオルや着替えを部屋からスパまで運ぶための小さなカゴやバッグを買ってきてほしいと頼んだのですが、そのようなサービスはあるものの、当院ではそのようなサービスはないと言われました。他の多くの温泉でもサービスを提供しています。このホテルは、館内でタオルや下着などを持って部屋から温泉まで比較的長い道を歩かなければなりません！ 2: フロントに氷を部屋に持ってくるように頼んだのですが、氷がないのでコンビニで自分で買ってくださいと言われました 😳😳😤

蓼科湖がすぐそばにあり、外へ出て散歩するだけで癒されました。あとは温泉がとっても気持ちよかったです(^^)また蓼科へ行く際は泊まらせていただきます。

コスパ最高！

安かったので期待していませんでしたが、部屋は広く清潔感があり快適でした。温泉も源泉掛け流しとのことでさっぱりして気持ちよかったです。滞在中は蓼科湖畔や隣接する彫刻公園の散策をしたりと大変有意義な時間でを過ごすことができました。近隣には気軽なハイキングコースがたくさんあるようなので、天気が良い季節にまた利用させて頂きたいです。

チェックインして部屋に入ったらとても寒く、ファンヒーターの調子が悪かったです。すぐにフロントにお願いし、なんとか調整してもらいました。朝も調子が悪かったので、修理か新調時期かもしれません(苦笑)。ファンヒーターの埃もたまってそうでした。また、前の方の私物がデスクの引き出しに残っていたり^^; コロナの影響で各部屋の掃除などが行き届いていなかっただけかもしれませんが、温泉など施設は素晴らしいと思うので、こんな状況ですが頑張ってもらいたいですね！^^

平日はとてもリーズナブル

平日素泊まり利用だったのでとてもリーズナブルなコストで宿泊。大浴場は温泉でとても良かったです。男女入れ替えになるので、大きい浴場だと浴槽は内湯、露天、木桶×２があります。加湿器が常備してあるので、助かりました。徒歩圏にコンビニエンスストアがありますが、早朝、深夜は営業していないのでご注意ください。

到着前に義母が転倒し、救急外来受診後の宿泊になってしまいました。チェックイン前の電話連絡、食事の際のお気遣い、消毒薬やガーゼの提供等全てにおいて、完璧な対応でした。本当にありがとうございました！次回の宿泊の際は、周囲の散策を楽しみたいと思っています。

建物は年期が入っているが部屋も広く、快適だった。冬場なので乾燥していたが、空気清浄機兼加湿器があり大活躍した。利用はしなかったが、カラオケや卓球もできるようだった。

また泊まりたいと思います。

他の方のコメントにもありましたが、建物は古いです。特に外から見た感じは昭和な感じです。しかしながら中は隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて気になる点はありませんでした。お部屋トイレの配管が気温差で汗をかき床が濡れるのはいたしかたないかな。夕食のバイキング、もう少しバラエティがあれば更に良かったです。夜のフロントロビーでのサックス奏者によるリクエスト形式の演奏会も楽しかったです。

レストランからの湖の景色が魅力

総合的に快適でした。食事のバイキングが良かったのと、建物は年期が入っているものの、お部屋は綺麗で快適でした。ただ、喫煙室が同じフロアーで近くだったのと、温泉に行くのがエレベーターを乗り換えなければならなかったこと、ちょっと残念なのは、チェックイン、アウトの際の対応が今一歩。マスカレードホテルのような素敵なホテルになって欲しいものです。
