A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.

素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。まず、スタッフのおもてなしの数々。食事は日本料理を選びましたが、「本当に日本人に生まれてよかった。」と思える、料理のおいしさを堪能しました。夕食の２時間が、味の舌鼓とスタッフとのやり取りに家族の会話も弾み、あっという間の楽しいひと時となりました。お風呂は「立ち湯」に行ってみました。広い湯船の向こうには、もはや壁もガラスも無く、楓や自然の渓流がすぐそこに存在しています。別世界のような景色が3階の「立ち湯」にみられ、露天？の新しい、そして素晴らしい形態を体験することができました。是非また季節を変えて宿泊したいと思います。

とても良い宿だと感じました

間接照明の部屋だったので、読書がちょっと辛かった。まぁベットに横になって読みましたけど。部屋のつくりは宿のコンセプトなので、文句は言えませんが。 もう一点、スタッフの人数が多いので、止むを得ませんが左利きである事に気付いて貰えませんでした。箸置きの位置変えておいたのですが。

初めて利用しました。予約の際から、丁寧なご案内をいただき、送迎バスやお食事など事前にお知らせいただけて大変助かりました。 私が特に気に入ったのは、暖炉とお風呂そして家具。お部屋の温かみがさらに増し、父との会話もいつもよりも一段と盛り上がったように思えます。お風呂は格別でした。きっと四季折々には色んな表情を魅せてくれるのだろうと想像しつつ、前夜に降った雪景色を眺め、心もカラダも温まりました。 厳選された家具には何度も何度も目を奪われました。エレベーターのあたりの和紙、入り口すぐのアンティークライト、廊下に置かれている椅子、チェスト。好みすぎて持ち帰りたいほどでした。写真にいっぱいおさめたので、お店作りの際に参考にさせていただきます！！ お食事、最高でした！！！ さらにソムリエの方が丁寧に説明していただき、さらに美味しく頂くことが出来ました。 到着からチェックアウトまですべてが大満足でした。身の丈に合わない旅館すぎるかなと思いましたが、本当に選んで良かったです。父への親孝行旅行は最高なものとなりました。次回は新緑の季節に行けたらいいなと夢を膨らませています。 スタッフの皆様、素敵な時間を本当にありがとうございました。

何故口コミ評価が高いのかわからない

料理の原価がとても安いと思う。内容が作り置きの物が多い。和食の朝食は素人レベル。温泉の寝湯の前庭は雑草だらけ。旅館として何を大切にしているのかわからない。ルレエシャトーの冠に騙されてはいけない。

The staff are wonderful. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that our stay was great. We have a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure that he had special meals every time.

Amazing Onsen experience

Amazing experience, the all Onsen staff went the extra mile to make our stay the most pleasant possible. The water quality is great and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Food is at great level especially the French restaurant. Breakfast were among the best we ever experienced. The mountain area offers good choice for great walk and the nearby Matsumoto city is a gem with lots of interesting small shops to discover and a great selection of eating places of various topologies.

扉温泉のおしゃれなホテル

10年前くらいにも宿泊したのですが、レストランやフリースペースが変わってさらに良くなっていました。フレンチの夕食はとても美味しくワインと相まって最高でした。深夜に立ち風呂に入りましたが、冬の寒い中でも体が温まりました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います

2回目の宿泊でした。前回はベッドルーム、今回は和室タイプで、以前と同様にリビングエリアから素晴らしい川のせせらぎと深緑の美しい眺めを楽しむことができました。 人気の洋食は予約が取れず、和食懐石ディナーになりましたが、こちらも充分満足できるお味でした。 18:00~20:00の間にレストランへ行き、席は自由です。それがいい点ですが、川沿いの景色を楽しむためには早めに窓際の席を取るのがおすすめだとわかりました。私たちは両親を入れての6名という団体だったため、窓際はもしかしたらそもそも難しいかもしれません。2人でロマンティックに、がベストシチュエーションです。 前回感動したたち湯は健在で、窓のない前方は緑を臨む解放感、絵になります。 宿のクラシカルで落ち着いたインテリア、森の中の静けさ、フリードリンクのお茶など居心地の良さはすてきです。 ただし今回気になった点は２つ。一つは、部屋の入口の式台、水回りの入り口の段差などでつまずきやすい点です。お年寄りはなおさら、みな1，2回は出入り口付近でつまづきました。 もう一点は、ルレエシャトー明神館ならではのスタッフの丁寧なサービス。おおむね良かったですが、その中でお疲れ気味で笑顔の少ない朝のスタッフ、精算時の2重請求ミス、最後の見送りのあっさりさ、という点でちょっと落ちたな、というのが厳しいレビューです。 ホテルの良さをスタッフ全員が共有してゲストに安心と居心地の良さを今まで以上に提供してほしいと思いました。
