"My husband and I stood here for three days and cannot be happier. Staff was amazing so kind and helpful. It seems like it’s new or renew because everything is so nice and clean. The location is great, it’s a 15-20 minute walk from Dotonbori and the metro lines were so convenient. So, definitely worth it, we do recommend it 100%"

"Everything was great. The only issue was that there was a LOT of people using the public bath and there was a lot of garbage left in the showering areas that wasn't cleaned up promptly. I think it was more of an issue of a large group checking into the hotel. The next night, they weren't there and the bath was very clean and orderly. The rooms were great. The free ice cream and ramen was a very nice touch. Safe, clean, organized, well located. Overall, a great hotel in a very accessible location...
