"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up. I can understand the absence of a pool, but given the colder Washington temperatures, a hot tub would have been a welcome...

"We loved this hotel! We're world travelers and this hotel had it all for a couple. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Always acknowledged us coming and going. We ate several meals here- food was delicious. Beautiful hotel, roomy rooms that have everything your need. Must request cleaning, but they were always on it when you did. This is our new place when coming to Kirkland!"

"My room had no electricity. I inquired several times but to no luck. I left the hotel for home and ended up not staying there."

"Gave away reserved room that was paid for. Had to find last minute alternative. Completely useless staff. Staff stated no rooms available, Expedia site stated 7 rooms available."

"The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere I’d definitely stay again. Only downside, only parking onsite available is $55 valet parking. And, I wanted to iron my tank top and as soon as I put the iron on my tank top, it stuck and pulled the fabric off, so I threw the top away. Luckily, I had another but I’ve never had that happen before. Great view from the restaurant also."
