"Note that if you book a room through a secondary site it doesn't tell you that there is a "resort fee." The pool was closed, which was disappointing. Beds comfortable, everything clean, very fancy pour-over coffee maker in the room. The floor boards in our room squeaked loudly every time we walked. No breakfast. We booked this hotel for the moderate price but by the time all the fees were added, it was no longer moderate."

"I had a great overall stay at the Lakeview Hotel. The location was a big highlight—it’s conveniently situated with easy access to I-405 and makes getting around the Kirkland area simple and stress-free. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was during my stay, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room itself was clean enough and met my basic expectations. One feature I really appreciated was the covered parking. It made coming and going much more convenient, especially with the weather, and was a nice added touch compared to many other hotels. Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a well-located, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in Kirkland. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Beautiful and comfortable. Love the room, big screen tv, hotel lobby and breakfast. However, there was a hair on one of the bathroom towels and the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. I would suggest modifying the parking charge. If I had been staying for longer than one night, I probably would have stayed elsewhere to avoid paying. You might consider making upper level free and charging for lower level. "

"Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all."
