"We liked the architecture. Pool was probably nice but we stayed for one night. There was a lawn area for games but it was ti late to use by the time we got back. Main lobby was nice. We just had a rough time with not having an extended stay. First room we were given wasnt made up. Trash everywhere, an unmade bed, wet towels. Must have been miscommunication between house keeping and front desk but it wasnt easy getting up to the top floor. Went given directions for the elevator at first and had...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay."

"We were on a road trip so at this point we had been to so many hotels, but this once was the best stereotypical hotel. By far the best hotel breakfast, and the rooms were bigger than my one bedroom apartment at home. Definitely would go back!"

"The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower"

"Great parking. Nice, helpful staff. Not enough bath towels in room. Had to ask staff more than once for more. That was my only issue. Hotel is on top of a hill close by to a large mall with many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again."

"The power had went out due to a blackout which is understandable but what isn’t understandable is how does it take multiple people to complain about the Wi-Fi for it to not be fixed. Also the ac doesn’t keep the room cold"

The only bad thing was the AC not being cold enough, we reported twice and the explanation they give me didn’t make sense at all. I requested a new room and the hotel was sold out.
