"We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

"Room was very clean, a bit old and dated, the outside property was much more run down. The Air conditioning unit was very loud, bed were average. Breakfast wasn't much but average. For the money this stay was what I expected."

"Needs updates. Musty smell. We could hear every foot step/jumping from the people above us! They did not have any respect for others! They would arrive late at night and continue with the jumping noise late and we had a hard time staying asleep."

"We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...

"Myself and wife really like the room it was very roomy and clean but one thing I didn't like was the way it was served of breakfast"

"Location was great. Close to shops, restaurants and about 1-2 blocks straight down to the beach. More than enough parking (we did not have a car on this trip though). Staff was quick to answer questions and help us when needed. Breakfast was well stocked. Only issue was the doors slam close behind you so there was a lot of noise at night if people were not considerate enough to hold their door."
