"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"

"Our only complaint is that it would’ve been nice if they came in and tidied up the room at some point during the week. Front desk was great. Laundry in the unit was so convenient. Pool area, pickleball, golf putting, and basketball were fun for the kids! We even saw a turtle on the beach one night! 🐢"

"The location is fantastic. There is no concierge services and NO POOL! The tiny pool in the parking lot was closed the day we arrived for construction. This property is walking distance to the Montage thank goodness! We used their bar and restaurant. The plus side- the beaches and hikes around this spot are great! We could not find anyone to help us with rental for the tennis and pickleball courts included in the property. Additionally, there is NO resort shuttle as listed. "

"We had mixed feelings on this stay. The apartment itself was excellent. We weren't that close to the ocean but that's probably because we have kids so they put us at the back of the property near the kids pool. But loved the inside of the unit. The downside was level of service we would expect at this price point. No room cleaning, no breakfast, staff were nice but didn't seem to exude that 5 star commitment to making sure the guest is happy. We received a text suggesting morning yoga so my...

"Check in was not great. Our room was not ready which is understandable but when it was ready, they sent us to the wrong tower... clear across the entire property. Our view, supposed to be Garden View, we saw a parked cars looking at their grill and headlights. I would not stay there again."

"I would say this is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is very old and clearly hasn’t been renovated in at least 35 years. There is a lot of clutter and outdated furniture throughout the room. There is also a significant amount of dust and dirt. The only somewhat newer item seemed to be the carpet. The bathroom fixtures are in very poor condition. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends."
