"Great location and walking distance to beach. We were at 1st floor so we could hear footsteps loud from above. Kids were running above us so it was annoying. Amenities were excellent. It was really nice that they had all these beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, carrying wagon, and body surfboard. "The carpeting needs being replaced. It’s VERY old and dirty. Too close to road. The trucking company across the street is constantly pulling in and out of there. Too close to road. Too noisy!!"
