"Beautiful ocean room and very quiet. Loved the location on the beach and the lazy beach river pool. We also loved that the hotel was walking distance from Whaler’s Village. The food at the poolside restaurant was very good also as were the drinks! All the staff were so friendly and helpful except for the check in guy (around 10:30pm) at night who was not very welcoming and didn’t even smile at us once! "Our ocean front room was great! Amazing view of the ocean. All staff were very friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Live entertainment at Branches bar was a great way to end each day. The Luau at the property was a lot of fun. Great show and food was delicious."
