"Dirty room, hairs and flies were all over our room!! I wouldn’t go back."

"The screen doors were torn and off track. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The spa was too expensive. The staff was fantastic! Especially Hunter, Kai, and the two young ladies that gave us wonderful rides on the golf carts. The yoga class was excellent. The air conditioning needed to be cooler as needed, and the bathrooms were WAY too hot. The lady that checked us in and out was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful."

"The location was perfect. They upgraded our room which was wonderful. The room was updated and great for our needs. The only things were that the shower leaked all over the floor if you didn’t place the curtain just right, the ants and nats were bad (but it is that season and couldn’t really be helped. "LOVED OUR STAY!!! From the second we arrived to the minute we (sadly) left, the staff was so friendly and hospitable. Grounds are beautiful. Beach access is so convenient and you can rent loungers for the day. Location is so awesome. It’s maybe a 3 minute walk over to whalers village. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Can’t wait to go back."

"This was our first time staying at this property and it was absolutely gorgeous! Not only did it have a beautiful restaurant with yummy food and beautiful views, it had a café//coffee/ice cream shop and a cute little bar shack by one of the pools. I was also very happy that there was a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker in each room. "The Whaler is a great resort for the price. My partner and I stayed there for four days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Our room had an amazing view, and the location was perfect, right next to Whalers Village. That said, Whalers Village had fewer stores than we expected.
