"Super easy check in online before arriving at the property. When we did arrive we were greeted with reusable water bottles for each guest that we could easily refill at any of the convenient refill stations located all over the property. We also received a reusable tote that came in very handy the entire trip and wrist bands that worked as door keys for our room and many other doors around the property. While at the pool and our pool side balcony, staff walked around handing out Michigan ice...

"This is our second time visiting the property. Staff is very nice and accommodating, the grounds are clean, and there are amenities for families and single people as well. The upgrades since our last visit are great. "

"A little aged, but otherwise excellent resort for families with teenagers and toddlers. Their cabana and ocean beds rental were reasonable and convenient. Hotel restaurants are ok. Typical overly expensive and mediocre flavor; however, you have Plantantion House, Merriman, Sansei, and other Kaanapali/Lahaina restaurants to try. Also, nearby Honolua Store is perfect for more affordable dining and drink options."
