"Our first time in Hawaii. Really enjoyed our stay at Napili Village Hotel. Room is spacious and well appointed. Has kitchenette with all amenities. Very clean and great housekeeping services. Loved sitting on the porch with sights and sounds of ocean and birds. Loved garden oasis with swimming pool. There is a coffee shop next to premises, super convenient. Napili Bay and beach are just steps away. Communication with office and check-in was seamless. Mahalo nui loa Kalei and Erwin for being...

"Historic beach inn on the Main Street with tiny water access. Busy street. Extremely limited parking. We had to park on the public street. Renovated rooms are nice but the property asa whole doesn’t have distinctions that make it worth the price. Mash up of street front hotel with acquired buildings behind it up to water front."

"This Hilton is fine, but it feels old. For several days of our stay, the elevator from our floor would not go down - we had to ride up to go down. Our bathroom sink began leaking and created a flood on the floor. We were only allowed one house cleaning service during the week we stayed. Upon check out, when asked how our stay was, we conveyed that is was just so-so and no effort was made to ask what went wrong, or what they could do for us. We will not be back."

"Awesome experience"

"Excellent staff who do the breakfast buffet. Very good customer service."

"Stuff was absolutely not helpful"

"Could use more USB-C ports in the rooms otherwise wonderful large spacious rooms."

"I loved staying here. Beautiful View from the 6th floor, beachfront location, walkable distance to the beach. The room was spacious, and clean. I do wish the fitness center was open late."
