"Room was adequate. Very modern, tv excellent, coffee shop supurb,restaurant very good. Location perfect to explore the city, close to water, queen's palace, old court house, Chinatown, modern art museum. Lots of small eating restaurants of various ethnic groups, bus service close. People at hotel were wonderful. Close to port, almost walking, if you are cruising."

"This hotel is very outdated. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The carpet had pink stains on it. The tv is not able to be seen from the bed. It is in a separate sitting area. The couch was super old and very uncomfortable - you had to sit on the very ends or you sunk in. The chair was also very dirty and stained. Luckily we were only here one night. "

"This property was awfully terrible. I would never send anyone to stay there at all. To begin with NO AC working whatsoever and they still charged “resort fee?”. Staff very unprofessional, this guy on a power trip and very rude not cooperating with us. I could have cancel it because he offered but I didn’t want to have the hassle to find another hotel after flying 13 hours. I’m glad we used it to sleep only, clean place I won’t lie, “great location”though but definitely I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE...
